Engineering draftsmen at AGO AG generate pipe drawings, e.g. for entire energy centers. Anyone who decides to become engineering draftsman should have good spatial perception as well as mathematical and physical skills.
Starting from the beginning of their training, engineering draftsmen work with the computer where they learn how to use Computer Aided Design software (CAD). Once they master the CAD systems, they will join different technical departments and support project work. They will see the construction sites in order to experience the special requirements of the plants that are realized by AGO AG. During the work with the entire project team, the draughtsmen get to see what their drawings turn into in practice.
Apart from the knowledge gained on the construction sites, the practical training includes an insight into production and metal processing as well as into production of ventilation products.
